  • 401(k) retirement savings plan is designed to allow employees to contribute up to 100% of eligible compensation on a tax-deferred basis through payroll deductions. Afni provides a match of 50% of employee contributions up to a maximum of 6% of pay. Employees can also contribute to a Roth 401(k) plan on an after-tax basis.

  • Tuition Reimbursement – reimburses tuition and fees for approved work-related courses up to $3,000 per calendar year.
